MET, a Reliance subsidiary Integrated Industrial Township strategically located at the border of Delhi/Gurgaon with strong connectivity in Jhajjar, Haryana. With the aim in substantial development of about 8250 acres as an Integrated development township including residential, commercial, industrial and institutional developments approved by Government of Haryana.
Reliance MET wanted to leverage online marketing for lead generation and increased brand recognition and establish a brand identity among the target demographic.
Our first task was to understand the target market and property portfolio of MET then we start with understanding the value proposition of MET. Content strategy was created followed by content editorial that preempted key discussion points among target demographics. Social persona was created keeping in mind the branding objective of presenting MET as a one-stop destination for Commercial Real Estate built on knowledge and experience. Primary social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and secondary channel includes Instagram were strategically developed keeping in mind different target audience present on each of these channels. To stimulate interest among different market categories, a differentiated communication strategy was used. Through these social platforms successfully generated curiosity in the potential buyer’s minds. Facebook Reach & Frequency campaign was used to present different ads to the audience in a controlled manner. we have created a strong social presence for the brand with active engagement in online communities, increased followers base and generated solid leads.
