WOW! Webchirpy is now three years old.
As we celebrate our anniversary on 29th of this month, we would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thanks to all our partners, clients, colleagues, family and friends. Thank you for all your support, constructive feedback and continued custom.
WHERE WE WERE?
As many of you know, when we started Webchirpy as a side project three years ago, it’s been one of our major resource to support the product development wing of Vheeds [Parent company of Webchirpy] by technically and financially. Though it’s been a side project, we always committed our 100% of effort to the projects we have taken up and really fortunate to build so many great relationships. In a span of three years we worked with lot of startups and enterprises and helped them to transform their business ideas into meaningful designs/products. To be precise we have worked with 56 clients and executed 113 projects across 8 countries.
We have countless memorable experiences over these years right from winning the first runner-up award at Microsoft’s Bizspark startup challenge to selected as one of the finalists in the upcoming entrepreneur of the year by ICTACT, Chennai. What has started as a side project with only 2 members has now grown to a six-member team with a wide range of design services. All these growth has happened organically without any marketing spend.
WHERE ARE WE HEADING?
As we celebrate, we also made some tough decisions taking our growth into consideration. All these years we have been doing both services projects and product development hand to hand and couldn’t focus our vision on one. After many days of discussion, we have finalized to put hold on our product development and planned to stick to our core strength. Yes, we are taking Webchirpy as our prime line of business going forward.
Since we are moving onto next phase, we are transforming ourselves from a web design services provider to a design studio offering complete package right from web to mobile interfaces. Moving forward we are strengthening our marketing/sales team along with our technology squad and planning to expand our six-member team to sixty-member team in next three years.
As we enter our fourth year, we do so with great excitement as we anticipate what lies ahead.
We are always grateful to our clients as their demands, challenges and feedbacks have pushed us to go ahead and improve dynamically. They have not only made us part of their business but also helped us reach out to the world. They spread the word faster and in a better way that any of our promotions could. We plan to keep our business and relationship growing with them and continue to provide them nothing less than the best.
